Here at JEGS we are thrilled to share the exciting news of Jeg Coughlin Jr.'s triumphant return to the winner's circle at the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals in Las Vegas. Behind the wheel of his SCAG Power Equipment / Outlaw Mile Hi Light Beer-sponsored Chevy Camaro, Jeg Jr. showcased his exceptional talent and determination, clinching his 66th Pro Stock victory and his first win in the unique four-wide format.

In a thrilling final quad, Jeg Jr. delivered a stellar performance, clocking a blistering 6.616-second pass at 207.18 mph to outpace his competitors and claim his 85th overall NHRA victory. Facing off against tough contenders Jerry Tucker, Brandon Foster, and Erica Enders, Jeg Jr. demonstrated impeccable driving skills and strategic prowess, securing his well-deserved spot in the winner's circle.

Reflecting on his remarkable achievement, Jeg Jr. expressed his elation, “This was epic. The whole weekend was great. Our car was ready right out of the trailer Friday on that first run. We had three really good quads during race day that we had to traverse our way through. Fortunately, I had a really good car and felt in a groove all seven runs, from qualifying on to today,” Throughout the weekend, Jeg Jr. and his team navigated through challenging quads with precision and confidence, culminating in a glorious victory.

Also Notable, Jeg Jr. emerged victorious in the Mission Foods #2Fast2Tasty Challenge, adding another impressive feat to his illustrious career. This win, coupled with his success at the Las Vegas Four-Wide Nationals, marks a phenomenal comeback for Jeg Jr. in his first year back from retirement.
