The Holley Fuel Pump Block-Off Plate is a retro-styled#, finned#, chrome plated#, steel mechanical fuel pump mounting pad cover. This item is used to cover the hole in the engine block when a mechanical fuel pump is removed to use an electrical fuel pump.
