Alloy USA High Strength Axle Kits

High-tensile 4340 chromoly is heat-treated, tempered, and induction hardened to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 40% stronger than stock 1040 axles. Alloy USA uses the latest cold-rolled technology to form splines that are tougher than those cut traditionally (no cuts = less chance of fracture). Shafts have a 10-year warranty.

Each kit includes driver and passenger side shafts, seals, bearings, and wheel studs.
