    What's the difference in height for the 142 as opposed to the 144? I have a crate 350 I just stuck in a 77 grandprix/monte carlo I swapped out the old 301 for. I'm hopefull it will fit without having to get a new hood.

    The 144 series is about an 1" shorter in the back and 1/2" shorter in the front.

    This is not recommended on an engine with more than 9:1 compression. If the engine you are using is at that or less then it will work fine.

    The cam and springs that come in this engine will work well with the supercharger, you want a mild cam when boosting the engine.

    That carburetor will work well with this setup unless you plan on overdriving the supercharger.

    You can add any range of power depending on the boost level you choose with the pulleys. Typically between a 10% and 30% gain in horsepower.

    I have the 6500-1 with 6", 6 rib lower pulley and 3.070" upper pulley. I want to increase my boost as much as possible by just changing the size of the upper pulley. I need the pulley number and serpentine belt number. Thanks
