Power Distribution Blocks
This Buss Bar contains a single large inlet post for 1/4-in. ring terminals and the (12) smaller posts use #8 ring terminals. The small posts are able to continuously sustain 15 amps and all posts come with locking washers. This power distribution block contains (2) 1/4 in. mounting holes (bolts are sold separately).

With this being red, we'll assume it's the positive, how come it doesn't have a cover of some sort?
