Rear Cover Alignment Tools
MR GASKET LSRC1 Features:
The timing cover and rear cover on GM (General Motors) LS series engines don't have any dowel pins to ensure correct alignment to the centerline of the crankshaft & this often leads to annoying leaks at the front damper seal and rear main seal. These special alignment tools center the front or rear cover when it is installed, and allow an easy way to install the seal by lightly tapping on the tool with rubber mallet. Choose from three styles of these alignment tools. Plastic construction with O-rings. Made in the USA.- Rear Cover Alignment Tool – Use w/o Seal in Rear Cover
- Centers Cover on the Crankshaft to Avoid Seal Leaks
- Tool Can Also Be Used to Install Seal – LSTC1 or LSRC1 (Lightly Tap on Tool to Push Seal w/ Rubber Mallet)
- Plastic Construction w/ O-rings
- Made in the USA
