The JEGS 78875 fuel tank sending unit is a direct replacement for 1985-1992 (3rd generation) Camaros and Firebirds. Identical to the original, this assembly can be easily installed replacing your rusted or missing unit. This unit is supplied with most of the accessories necessary for installation.

What gauge wire leads to the fuel pump?
My 83 has a mechanical fuel pump on the engine, can this be used without a in take fuel pump? If not, what part number would I need to replace my old one?
