JEGS 555-159123 Fuel Pressure Regulator
Our universal mount billet fuel pressure regulator is ideal for turbocharged engines and will keep your fuel pressure where it needs to be when under boost. This unit includes a vacuum port you connect to your carburetor hat, and the engine vacuum will adjust the fuel pressure to the amount of boost pressure applied. An extra-large diaphragm ensures consistent pressure and eliminates issues of creep and fall-off.
JEGS 555-159123 Fuel Pressure Regulator Features:
- Fuel pressure to boost pressure ratio: 1:1 (For every pound of boost, an equivalent pound of fuel pressure is added)
- The durable anodized coating protects from corrosion
- The pressure is easily adjusted with the top-mounted Allen-head screw. Lock in place with the supplied nut.
- 1/8 in. NPT port plug can be removed to add a fuel pressure gauge
- Ports:
- (1) Vacuum/Boost Reference
- (1) -8 AN O-Ring Inlet (side)
- (1) -8 AN O-Ring Return (bottom)
- (3) 3/8 in. NPT Outlets (side)

Does this need a return line
what is the maximum inlet pressure on this unit? for example say i have a pump that pumps 340LPH at 40 psi, will this be able to regulate that much pressure coming in?
Will this still add pressure above 25 via boost reference or is 25psi the absolute max that this can handle. ie- 7psi base plus 25psi of boost would leave me in need of 32psi at max boost
I have a fuel return system with about 6 psi back pressure that I need to reduce to 3.5 - 4 psi for dual carburetor application. Will this serve to reduce the fuel pressure to the carbs?
