Eagle 4th Generation H-Beam rods are forged from ASME-certified 4340 steel in a two-piece forging are fully machined with a shot-peened surface. They feature thicker beam webbing for increased power handling capabilities, large beam, cap contact, and shoulder area to improve bore stability under high load. The new small end profile reduces reciprocating weight and are sized to exacting tolerances.
