Advance Adapters 50-0207 Features:
- The Dodge NV4500 & TR-4050 4WD adapter to Ford NP205 / 208 is 1.625 in. in length.
- Adapter material is 356 T6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The adapter kit includes an adapter ring for the Ford transfer case, spud shaft with 31 spline x 23 internal spline, gasket, and adapter instructions.
- Transfer case
- The Ford transfer cases NP205, NP208, and the various Borg Warner 1300 series are all basically treated the same when it comes to adapting to them. They all have a circular 6 bolt pattern, a 31 spline input, and same index diameter.
- Transmission
- The adapter kit is designed for a Dodge 4WD NV4500 or TR-4050 transmission with a 23 spline output shaft. Shortening of the transmission output shaft is required.
- Options for NV4500 only:
- When using a NP205, a transfer case linkage mounting bracket is required.
